Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your order: your What If idea, details, location and unit preference, used only to make your video.
• Your email: used to send order updates and your video link. No newsletters or marketing.
• Payment: handled entirely by Polar (polar.sh). We never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run an order: Polar (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and bot protection) and Resend (email delivery). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your video file is permanently deleted 30 days after delivery. Order records (idea, email, payment status) are kept as long as needed for accounting and refunds. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare's bot check may set a strictly necessary cookie.
